New clients: payment is due at the time of shoot for the first 3 homes/photoshoots. Once a relationship is established photographer will supply a bi-monthly invoice unless otherwise arranged. All late payments must be paid before any other homes are photographed. Payments are made via Credit Card (+3%) or Check.
Normal service area is within 20 miles of Clearwater Office. Photo shoots outside of this 20 mile radius will be $ .58 per mile.
Skyway Property Imaging requires a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation or change of said photo shoot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $100.

Daytime sessions have a starting time before 4pm (depending on season). Appointments after 5 pm or before sunrise are reserved for twilight photo sessions.
Weekend photo shoots are on a limited basis.
