Things to know when booking

To request an appointment, please fill out our contact form.
Daytime sessions have a starting time before 4pm (depending on season). Appointments after 5 pm or before sunrise are reserved for twilight photo sessions.

Weekend photo shoots are on a limited basis.

Please review our payment and cancellation policy at bottom of page before booking.

Ideal Sunlight:

To get the best photos of the front exterior of your property we advise to go by the following:

East Facing Homes: morning appointment
South Facing Homes: morning or afternoon appointment
West Facing Homes: afternoon appointment
North Facing Homes: Early morning or later afternoon

Payment Policy

For new clients

New clients: payment is due at the time of shoot for the first 3 homes/photoshoots. Once a relationship is established photographer will supply a bi-monthly invoice unless otherwise arranged. All late payments must be paid before any other homes are photographed. Payments are made via Credit Card (+3%) or Check.

Mileage charge

Normal service area is within 20 miles of Clearwater Office. Photo shoots outside of this 20 mile radius will be $ .58 per mile.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Skyway Property Imaging requires a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation or change of said photo shoot. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of $100.
